Hi, I’m Crystal. I build brands, scale businesses, and shape cultural narratives.I’ve always believed that the best businesses are just great stories told well. My own story spans continents and industries. It started in the corporate world, where I honed my strategic foundation as a Management Consultant at Oliver Wyman and through my MBA at INSEAD.But my drive to create led me to forge my own path. As a serial entrepreneur, I’ve built 7-figure e-commerce businesses from the ground up, including scaling my first bootstrapped startup to a successful acquisition in just 20 months.Now, I am channeling that operational expertise into my deepest passion: Asian Rebel Club (ARC). As the founder of ARC, I am building a modern media brand and narrative lab dedicated to Asian identity, creativity, and consumer storytelling.Beyond building companies, I am an angel investor, a keynote speaker, and a bilingual writer. I create content in both Mandarin and English, drawing on my experiences living in seven countries and traveling to over 50. I was honored as a Rising Star of the Women's Forum, a testament to my commitment to empowering others.Whether I am designing physical products, writing scripts, or investing in new ideas, my mission remains the same: to forge meaningful connections and inspire others to take bold leaps.
